ETI option
Your group goes beyond five companies. The option lifts the ceiling: unlimited subsidiaries and sites, with the same consolidated footprint and the same group report. For a group of that size, a consulting engagement runs into tens of thousands of euros1.
White-label option
The deliverable you hand to your clients carries your firm’s identity.

Every client you open is one file. Your staff are unlimited and never enter the calculation.
One unit per client file, plus one unit per subsidiary declared inside that file. A site does not count.

Before you choose.
What is calculated in every plan?
All three scopes, whichever plan you take. What you burn, the energy you buy with its dual reporting, and the eight upstream categories of your value chain. Categories 9 to 15 are calculated and presented with their methodological caveats.
The PDF report, the two CSV exports, the action plan, the transition plan and the obligations tracking are identical in all three plans as well. What changes from one plan to the next is the number of users, the number of companies and the level of support.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. The Essentiel and Pro plans carry no commitment and are cancelled from your workspace, whenever you decide.
How do I change plan?
You move from Essentiel to Pro, or the other way round, from your workspace. The Cabinet plan and the ETI option are quoted: write to us and we adjust your contract.
What happens if I have more than five companies?
The ETI option lifts the ceiling: unlimited subsidiaries and sites, with the same consolidated footprint and the same group report. It is added to the Pro plan and quoted according to the size of your group.
How is a unit counted inside a firm file?
One unit per client file, plus one unit per subsidiary declared inside that file. A site does not count. A client with a single company, even with four establishments, stays at one unit. A client with three companies counts three, plus the file. Your staff are unlimited and never enter the calculation.
Is the number of footprints really unlimited?
On Essentiel and Pro, yes. You can recalculate, correct, redo an earlier financial year. On Cabinet, volume is negotiated in the quote.
What do you see of my accounts?
Nothing. Your file is read inside your browser and is never sent. Our servers receive totals per emission category and your questionnaire answers. Hosted by OVH in France, AES-256-GCM encryption with a key of its own for your company.
A free self-declaration route exists. Why pay?
The French state ESG portal lets you produce a VSME report free of charge, by entering your data yourself. Oakbon starts from your accounting file, calculates all three scopes, produces the report and hands you a costed action plan and a trajectory from one year to the next. What you buy is the collection time and what comes after the figure.
Can a firm produce its own footprint?
The Cabinet plan is made for your clients’ files: the portal does not produce the footprint of your own structure. For that, open an Essentiel account at 69 € excl. VAT per month.
