Will my consultants have to relearn everything?
The doctrine does not change. Mapping to accounts, physical factors preferred over monetary ratios, dual reporting of electricity, refrigerant gases: they will recognise their own framework. What changes is the delivery tool, and the judgement calls stay theirs.
Will quality be the same from one member of staff to the next?
The calculation, the factors and the structure of the report are identical whoever the author is. What varies from one file to the next is the analysis, and that is exactly where your senior reviews.
What becomes of my experienced people?
They stop spending their days on data collection and layout. The calculation was never what your client buys: they buy knowing what to do with the figure, and that is the work you invoice best.
Do we need to hire to take on more engagements?
Users are unlimited and do not enter the billing, so an existing member of staff can build the files. Your capacity rises without your cost structure changing.
